What do you need to know before trying lacrosse
Age, even gender doesn´t make a difference, we are developing both men and women teams. In first place you need to like running, because lacrosse is a big part about running and head. Next patience, individual and team practices. At the end what do you need the most....HEART! Everything else you will find in these words:
